Boating

Parker Area offers exciting boating adventures on the mighty Colorado River. Every year, Parker and the Blue Water Resort & Casino host an Annual Southwest Showdown Drag Boat Race, Spring Classic Boat Race, and the Annual Blue Water’300’ Enduro Classic Boat Race. For visitors without their own watercraft, Arizona WaterSports, Inc. located at Parker Dam rent ski boats, jet boats, deck boats and pontoons along with all your water

Skiing/Wake Boarding

The Colorado River attracts skiers of all levels. From the Parker Water Ski Marathon hosted by the Blue Water Resort & Casino, to the novice beginner, visitors can enjoy the river 9 months out of the year. There are local businesses that rent boats as well as all your water-skiing needs including Parker Strip Rentals.

Wakeboard Island

Wakeboard Island, located at the Blue Water Resort & Casino Marina, is a 2 tower, cable pulley system that will allow wake borders to experience a “skate-park style” wakeboard ride, without the need for a boat. There are designated course for riders of ALL skill levels. The course features a double side kicker and sixty foot flat box with elevated rail for advanced riders, as well as, an open center section for beginners riding for the very first time.
Paddle-Boarding/Inter-tubing

Parker is also known for the Annual Great Western Tube Float. Every summer, thousands of locals and visitors converge on the Parker Strip and float down the Colorado River for approximately 5 miles. Paddle boarding has also become popular in the past years. SUP Kulture and River Parasail offer paddle board rentals all summer long.

Aqua Flyboarding

Aqua Flyboarding USA has come to Parker, Arizona!! For their 2013 summer season they are operating at the Blue Water Resort & Casinofrom May 4 through October 15. We’re in front of the Beachfront Cantina. The FlyBoard is an accessory that attaches to the jet discharge of a personal watercraft (PWC). The PWC is the “engine” that propels the FlyBoard through the air and water using the thrust created by the PWC. For more information, you can visit their website or call 661.434.7751

River Parasailing

River Parasail offers the most breath-taking and thrilling view of the Colorado River and at the same time gives the safest and most exciting parasail ride available. Our custom-built boat will hold six passengers who can watch the parasailer ascend and descend right from the deck of the boat. The on-board winch provides a dry take-off and landing. Riders can fly as close as 50 feet, all the way out to 500 feet, or anywhere in between. River Parasail flies the straight stretch of the Colorado River below Fox’s Campground all the way south to the Blue Water Resort & Casino.

Fishing

Fox’s Floating Bar

Located on the Colorado River, Fox’s has “Ice cold beer, great food, and you can pull right up to the bar in your boat. Fox’s is like a national party landmark!!”
